| Responsibilities |
1) Responsible for all shipping and receiving functions including but not limited to preparation of goods and fruit for shipping
2) Evaluation of fruit received and shipped
3) Managing current inventories of fruit and supplies
4) Directing subordinate employees
5) Responsible for both the 1st and 2nd shift operation |
| Requirements |
1) Degree preferred
2) 10+ years of experience in shipping and inventory control in the produce industry
3) Previous supervisory experience, highly developed skills in the areas of organization, communication (both English and Spanish preferred)
4) Problem resolution and customer service skills
5) Previous experience operating a forklift and pallet jack
6) Working knowledge of MS software
7) Experience working with inventory specific software programs |
