| Responsibilities |
1) Handle all aspects of processing operation
2) Provide leadership, direction, and training to employees to accomplish company goals and objectives
3) Coordinate manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machinery, and equipment
4) Identify improvement opportunities and lead change
5) Provide input to the development of product strategy and research, and development of new and emerging products
6) Participate in management activities to support the company’s long-term plans |
| Requirements |
1) Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Plant Manager
2) Food experience – Egg/ Poultry
3) Prior management experience - either plant or operations
4) SQF / ISO certified |
