Responsibilities
1) Ensure flawless execution of company’s best practices in operational management; meet all production targets 2) Environment, Health & Safety standards, and inventory management goals 3) Coaching, development and leadership of a high performance plant team 4) Training and directing employees through setting clear priorities 5) Responsible for performance management, creating an engaging work environment and employee relations 6) Champion the delivery of distinctive value, service, products and programs through leading the collaboration of the plant team within the customer focused facility team
Requirements
1) Experience in the food industry a must. 2) Operations / production management experience 3) Strong people skills
