| Responsibilities |
1) Manage day-to-day operations of the Production Department
2) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss
3) Ensure all product orders are produced on time
4) Liaise with external customers and interact with other departments (as needed)
5) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment |
| Requirements |
1) 3+ years of production shift management in food company.
2) Good leadership and coaching abilities
3) Ready to work in the afternoon shift (3pm to 11pm) |
