| Responsibilities |
1) Driving the overall equipment efforts by quickly and permanently eliminating reoccurring issues and downtime.
2) Manage all reliability/maintenance activities within the maintenance zone focusing on both efficiency and effectiveness
3) Develop a high performing team of maintenance leads and technicians.
4) Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times
5) Source and order parts as well as maintain spare parts inventory |
| Requirements |
1) 5+ years of strong maintenance management and or supervisory experience in food manufacturing environment
2) A bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
3) Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement a must.
4) Must be a self-starter with excellent leadership skills. |
