Maintenance Manager |
| Responsibilities |
1) Supervise all maintenance functions of the facility
2) Maintain records and schedule preventative maintenance
3) Direct department personnel in methods and procedures that result in achieving departmental goals
4) Communicate and ensure compliance with all company policies/procedures
5) Maintain safe/efficient operation of all plant equipment, systems and buildings
6) Coordinate with Superintendent/production supervisors to maintain good production schedules
7) Prepare, manage and maintain departmental operating budgets
8) Organize the department to troubleshoot and resolve issues
9) Supervise the record keeping of repairs and parts ordering in a timely manner
10) Ensure compliance with the Preventative Maintenance Program |
| Requirements |
1) Strong electrical background
2) Knowledge of PLCs
3) 3-5 years supervisory experience in food industry |
