Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Develop compliance with brew and packaging schedules
2) Train and supervise brewery staff
3) Oversee inventory management and control
4) Ensure adequate inventory to meet internal/external sales
5) Prepare or manage brewers’ report of operations
6) Oversee brewery operations and scheduling
7) Ensure accurate completion of internal/external orders
8) Manage brewery quality management/improvement program
9) Maintain a positive image and serve as a role model for employees
10) Collaborate with Brew master and Sales Manager about brewery marketing and sales
11) Participate in external activities to enhance corporate image
12) Participate in special and promotional events like beer festivals, beer dinners, and ‘meet the brewer’ nights
13) Oversee ongoing maintenance of the brewery’s physical site and equipment
14) Implement efficiency and improve quality in projects |
| Requirements |
1) Minimum 10-15 years' experience and 2+ years experience in management
2) Hands-on experience in microbrewery and passionate about brewing
3) Familiarity with machinery and repair works strongly preferred |
