Plant Manager |
| Responsibilities |
1) Lead the development/implementation of quality programs
2) Oversee the mentoring and training of direct/indirect reports as well as Operations personnel
3) Collect/interpret data and issue reports of findings/trends
4) Maintain and enhance quality/food safety programs
5) Interact with customers
6) Develop an overall plant QA program
7) Ensure that the outgoing products conform to the established quality parameters, regulatory and food safety requirements
8) Manage technical staff and effectively execute business plan objectives |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 8+ years of experience with 3 years in food management
3) Expertise in GMP and SOPs (AIB a plus)
4) Ability to be a hands-on manager and handle 8 direct reports |
