1) Oversee all pricing of raw material
2) Manage
all purchasing system functions including issuance of purchase orders, receiving documentation and penalty payments
3) Control replenishment buying and oversee signing authorities and purchasing approvals
4) Oversee appropriate documentation of all raw materials
5) Maintain the accuracy of database of items purchased |
| Requirements |
1) Experience in purchasing products from food manufacturers
2) Experience in restaurant industry purchasing
3) Expertise in negotiating contracts (coffee, bags, boxes, etc.)
4) Ability to grow into a more senior role |
