| Responsibilities |
1) Determine long-term resource needs
2) Oversee equipment life cycle
3) Maintain equipment and facilities as well as take care of HACCP needs
4) Manage OEE, TPM/RCM along with a departmental budget (approximately $1M)
5) Serve as a leader in building a team and managing through change
6) Recommend equipment modification for upgrades
7) Ensure safety standards are met |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) preferred
2) Minimum 10 years of experience with palletizers, hi-speed packaging, mixers and ovens
3) Experience in developing preventive maintenance program
4) Ability in a semi-automated environment (accustomed to do few things manually)
5) Strong leader with the ability to work in a changing environment |
