| Responsibilities |
1) Work with the sales team and develop effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets as well as company objectives
2) Suggest necessary sales programs to management to achieve targets 3) Evaluate new market segments to develop sales strategies and marketing plans 4) Deliver sales presentations to key clients 5) Assess market and competitors' situation 6) Monitor account receivables and sales transactions 7) Prepare reports and budgets as well as gain new accounts 8) Develop and manage sales with national retailers/distributors |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) 2) Minimum 5 years of experience and previous experience in meat (in a similar role) 3) Broker experience 4) Strong leadership and business development skills 5) Willingness to travel (monthly) |
