1) Coordinate with the fundamentals of hazard analysis, GMP and HACCP programs 2) Ensure adherence to SOPs 3) Coordinate with the plant's audit program 4) Work with production staff to implement improvements in production techniques 5) Increase food safety and participate in food-safety meetings 6) Perform audits and work closely with regulatory bodies |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) 2) Strong background in HACCP and experience in a boiler processing facility 3) Good leadership skills |
