| Responsibilities |
1) Oversee the facilities, plant personnel, plant customer relations, plant operations, quality and maintenance
2) Ensure the plant product is in accordance with all established policies and procedures
3) Handle all plant customer service and training
4) Establish and implement the plant succession plan
6) Work with all other departments to ensure the most efficient plant operation
7) Ensure the operations are in accordance with all OSHA and FDA standards
8) Train and oversee all plant personnel and activities
9) Ensure the plant follows company’s quality system |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 10 years of experience along with expertise in repair, maintenance, food safety and staffing
4) Experience in beef as well as HACCP, OSHA and GMP
5) Strong analytical and business skills
6) Ability to analyze P&L (daily/weekly), educate/train management and engage in staff development |
