Production Manager |
| Responsibilities |
1) Coordinate and direct the activities of the Production Department to maximize productivity and minimize cost
2) Maintain quality (SPC and Lean Manufacturing projects)
3) Inspect product and verify production specifications are met
4) Train and supervise production personnel in a facility of 260 employees
5) Supervise employees in the production work centers
6) Make sure that the organization’s policies and applicable laws are followed
7) Manage and assign labor to complete production schedules efficiently
8) Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations and GMP
9) Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems
10) Initiate/suggest plans to motivate workers and achieve work goals
11) Establish/adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and maintain time and production records
12) Recommend measures to improve methods, equipment performance and quality of product
13) Reduce product loss and suggest changes in working conditions including use of equipment as well as increase efficiency |
| Requirements |
1) Minimum 3 years of experience along with bread experience
2) Strong computer skills
3) Ability to work in shifts |
