| Responsibilities |
1) Manage day-to-day operations of the Production Department
2) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss
3) Ensure all product orders are produced on time
4) Liaise with external customers and interact with the Quality Assurance Department, Maintenance Department, etc.
5) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) preferred
2) Minimum 5 years of experience in process control as well as experience in a similar role
3) Strong union experience as well as expertise in leadership, mentoring and training
4) Good interpersonal skills |
