| Responsibilities |
1) Oversee advancement of the organization’s procurement function
2) Implement best in class supply chain practices
3) Work closely with the leaders of the business, especially operations and sales
4) Understand the business needs and goals in order to determine the solutions needed
5) Provide leadership and direction to the purchasing team
6) Complete studies and analysis of potential supply chain optimization practices
7) Implement new technologies and bring innovation to the process
8) Provide data and analyze determined key business decisions
9) Identify system tools needed to implement orders/plan/forecast systems |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) and SCM/Apex certification
2) Minimum 10 years of experience with minimum 3 years of multi-site and management experience
3) Food or Beverage manufacturing background
4) Expertise in implementing tier 1 ERP systems
5) Ability to handle purchasing budget ($50M to $1B) |
