| Responsibilities |
1) Maintain, revise and monitor the Master Sanitation Schedule
2) Ensure adherence to AIB standards
3) Monitor day-to-day sanitation operations and coordinate personnel
4) Train and lead employees in their respective fields
5) Resolve sanitation issues as they arise
6) Order supply and equipment
7) Supervise overall operations of employees, conduct of their duties, removal and replacement of equipment, cleaning and sanitation
8) Ensure that all safety policies, regulations are enforced and issue disciplinary actions as necessary |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 3 years of experience in sanitation, food safety supervision or management
3) Background in protocols (BRC) or ISO systems implementation
4) Strong communication skills and ability to resolve conflict |
