1) Manage a team of representatives in order to promote the division's products 2) Develop clients’ business according to company sales policies, procedures and established objectives 3) Visit customers with the representatives on a regular basis 4) Meet regularly with the representatives to help them develop their skills and competencies through coaching and goal-setting techniques 5) Develop sales objectives and strategies for the region |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) 2) Minimum 7 years of meat or seafood experience 3) Experience in managing at least 6 representatives 4) Multi-million dollar territory management experience |
