| Responsibilities |
1) Configure software and plan projects
2) Handle business requirements gathering/analysis, project management, business process improvement, user training and support |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience
3) Strong problem solving skills
4) Strong interest in technology and helping people use technology in their day-to-day work
5) Strong understanding of database design and database technology and advanced use of any Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and Project)
6) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Database Skills (Access, SQL), an asset
7) Ability to bring business technology, such as specialized software
applications, from the requirement analysis to implementation phase and train
end users with a full understanding of the business objectives and business
processes involved
8) Willingness to take initiative, ability to prioritize
tasks and problems and manage time and projects effectively
9) Strong written and oral communication skills along with excellent listening skills |
