| Responsibilities |
1) Design and conduct experiments related to developing and improving flavor, texture and nutritional profiles
2) Complete product development projects (concept through to commercialization)
3) Develop new products and implement new ideas, ingredients and processes
4) Provide assistance for product trials and start-ups
5) Troubleshoot the process and provide general technical assistance
6) Generate appropriate reports relating to work accomplished or in progress
7) Maintain records according to SOPs, GMPs and currently acceptable practices |
| Requirements |
1) Ph.D. in Biochemistry or Food Science
2) Strong analytical chemistry background
3) Experience in managing product innovation process |
