1) Manage a team of representatives in order to promote the company’s products 2) Develop clients’ business according to company sales policies, procedures and established objectives 3) Visit customers with the representatives on a regular basis 4) Meet regularly with the representatives to help them develop their skills and competencies through coaching and goal-setting techniques 5) Develop sales objectives and strategies for the region |
