| Responsibilities |
1) Oversee, organize and lead in the operation of all production, packaging, food processing controls and equipment
2) Maximize production capacity/efficiency of all food processing lines
3) Conduct diagnosis and troubleshooting of all equipment to maximize production capacity/efficiency |
| Requirements |
1) Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (electronic concentration)
2) Minimum 10 years of related experience along with expertise in electric controls
3) Experience in electrical, mechanical and electronic (computerized/automated process controls and sensing devices)
4) Knowledge of canning, thermal processing form/fill packaging machinery, automatic case packing and processing/blending equipment as well as PLC
5) Highly motivated individual with ability to speak English and Spanish |
