Director of Operations |
| Responsibilities |
1) Oversee day-to-day direction and coordination of production and logistical activities for the organization.
2) Implement the organization’s overall health and safety program
3) Develop budgets and approve expenditures
4) Review inventory requirements and staffing requirements considering budgetary limitations and time constraints
5) Ensure that finished products are of prescribed quality
6) Hire, train, evaluate staff and resolve personnel issues
7) Ensure capital projects completion |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Experience in the food industry with knowledge of raw materials, production processes, QC, costs and techniques for maximizing production and distribution of products
3) Experience in providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance
4) Experience in sales and customer interactions |
