1) Plan and manage the Operations Division
2) Establish, implement and monitor policies/procedures for effective as well as efficient operation of the assigned areas
3) Lead short- and long-term planning efforts for operations
4) Respond to various operational problems and determine appropriate action or resolutions
5) Manage labor planning, scheduling and timely movement of products
6) Oversee production planning and product distribution |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 6 years of experience
3) Experience in successful senior plant management in the food industry
4) Experience in developing and implementing SOPs
5) Experience in managing business from the production floor |
