Management |
| Responsibilities |
1) Oversee and monitor the management, design and implementation of manufacturing processes
2) Handle budget and implementation of all projects
3) Develop and update plant schematics as well as layout drawings
4) Identify areas where the cost/benefit favors technology and automation
5) Analyze feasibility, design and operation of equipment and components
6) Identify maintenance and installation requirements of equipment
7) Maintain an understanding of the manufacturing processes of the company
8) Provide guidance regarding design concepts, specifications and requirements for the best use of equipment and manufacturing processes
9) Identify and resolve quality issues relating to system failures as well as inadequacies |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) in Chemical or Mechanical
2) Minimum 5 years of experience
3) Prior experience in packaging equipment
4) Experience in designing packaging equipment |
