| Responsibilities |
1) Achieve sales volume and customer volume objectives in all wholesale and retail profit centers focusing on increased revenue generation 2) Work directly with the leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive and strategic sales plan that encompasses all profit centers 3) Keep accurate records of contacts, prospects and customers 4) Provide regular sales forecasts to management 5) Conduct research on potential new markets, existing customer relationships and strategic partnerships 6) Assist in marketing calls as well as communicate understanding of services and products 7) Participate in community activities and events as related to the promotion of our products 8) Manage promotional sales events 9) Hire seasonal employees as well as create and implement training program 10) Manage road show program and attain revenue/expense targets (scheduling, inventory, shipping, customer service, demos, etc.) 11) Coordinate event schedules 12) Oversee product deliveries and fulfillment 13) Manage sales and inventory reports and submit weekly sales reports 14) Achieve sales volume objectives for each promotional day as well as promote and sell using creative angles 15) Increase outside retail sales as well as attain revenue and profit quotas |
