| Responsibilities |
1) Manage processing activities for a food production operation
2) Oversee effectiveness of the production workers, equipment and material used to produce products within a planned schedule
3) Maintain excellent quality, sanitation, safety and production standards
4) Assist with selection, training, development and review of production workers to ensure efficient productivity |
| Requirements |
1) Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in production processes in a food processing environment
2) Proficient in MS Office
3) Excellent communication/follow-up, problem-solving skills
4) Ability to work independently within a fast paced environment
5) Bilingual (English/Spanish) and detail-oriented |
