| Responsibilities |
1) Support the Canadian Business Team with internal data analysis 2) Manage the key components that are critical to providing consistent and effective information that supports the day-to-day running of the business 3) Provide key analytical support to forecasting all finished good items with business teams using historical trends, secondary data and field information to understand changing market dynamics 4) Collect all customer forecasts from business leads and entry into Manugistics 5) Act as a key point person for forecast performance reporting – monthly scorecard, accuracy report and promotion summary for customer service 6) Develop effective working relationships with local sales managers and company support staff 7) Identify forecasting opportunities that enhance accuracy levels 8) Participate sales and supply chain meetings (as required) discussing demand planning/Manugistics and key lead for local issues relating to forecasting 9) Oversee monthly sales reporting and analytical support identifying opportunities and/or issues versus budget 10) Lead trade management system for entering funds, accruals, quotas and planning 11) Be the key contact for analytical support on clearing and managing of trade deductions 12) Manage ECCnet/GS1 listings of all company items and item changes 13) Oversee the ongoing management of price lists and SAP related updates 14) Serve as the key contact person for listing questions originating from Consumer Response Group 15) Manage process commission's payments for all brokers in an accurate and timely manner 16) Own customer hierarchy and customer setup for all order-to-cash set up needs 17) Manage all sample requests, point-of-sale (POS) procurement and distribution 18) Oversee ad hoc sales reporting (development and generation) and analysis as needed 19) Assist in coordinating all market launch and product information 20) Manage the on-going interaction with bakery business providing accounting support 21) Perform other duties as assigned |
| Requirements |
1) 4-year degree (MBA a plus) 2) 3 – 5 years of experience in sales support and analysis (Canadian food industry preferred) 3) 3 – 5 years of experience in Adesso, SAP/BI or similar software as well as data analysis 4) Proficient in MS Office along with expertise in developing and generating reports 5) Strong presentation, communication and leadership skills 6) Detail-oriented with strong organization and problem-solving skills 7) Excellent written and verbal communication skills 8) Fluency in French and Italian a plus |
