About our client
Our client is a privately owned manufacturer of sugar products with over 25 years in business.

Salary Reports to

Responsibilities
1) Prepare detail specifications from which programs are written
2) Design and develop high performance data integration and workflow solutions
3) Provide developed website address for verifiable understanding
4) Work with management, procurement, payroll to program necessary programs
5) Design codes, tests, debugs and documents for programs
6) Provide guidance and training regularly to less experienced analyst/programmers and lead Development Team through project life cycle
7) Facilitate and analyze design and programming of viable solutions to high complexity business problems according to user specifications
8) Develop or approve detail program specifications as well as test and implement systems and enhancements using techniques that preserve system integrity
9) Comply with consistent and effective application of defined project management standards and processes
10) Ensure successful, timely and cost effective development and implementation of project deliverables like project planning, management, structured systems development life cycle, time accounting, etc.
11) Develop cost analysis estimates and manage resolution of project issues and escalate as required
12) Negotiate and manage customer relationships at the project level
13) Oversee cross-team communication as well as coach and provide technical business assistance to customers and developers
14) Provide immediate response to production problems, effective resolution and follow-up of problems as they occur
15) Review the technical work of others and deal with complex technical issues
16) Provide timely & accurate progress information to project status reports
Requirements
1) Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
2) 5+ years experience in programming behind the web pages to illicit business intelligence
3) 3+ years of VB.net experience in a WinForms environment
4) Experience with Window.Net, Visual Studio 9, Visual Basics for internet/intranet portals
5) Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
