| Responsibilities |
1) Manage R&D short-term projects, including new product development, new ingredient identification, new process development, and product improvements 2) Submit all formulas, product development, and manufacturing information for internal and external use for R&D, quality, processing, and logistic groups 3) Assist QC and co-packing locations with trouble shooting on ingredients, finished products, and processing specifications 4) Present all experimental reports or project updates to R&D Manager and Marketing Product Managers 5) Coordinate with manufacturing and QC for purchasing, scheduling, pecification, and formulation needs 6) Coordinate requests and feedback for outside vendors and internal customers |
| Requirements |
1) Bachelor’s Degree in Science, computer knowledge, strong math skills 2) Excellent written, verbal, and inter-departmental communication skills 3) Meticulous record keeping, organizational, and prioritization skills 4) Prior supervisory, laboratory, and manufacturing experience required 5) Ability to take direction and work independently 6) Ability to lift 50 lbs. and to stand for eight hours |
