| Responsibilities |
1) Lead the Finishing Department to improve safety
2) Drive achievement of production targets (increase speed, minimize waste, remove delay)
3) Contribute strategically and commercially to the manufacturing operations
4) Identify improvement opportunities and lead change
5) Empower, develop, coach, and support team members |
| Requirements |
1) Experience in chocolate making
2) Degree preferred, but not essential
3) Minimum 15 to 25 years of experience
4) Relocation will be paid |
