1) Proactively coordinate GMP and HACCP programs, and plant's audit program 2) Observe standard operating procedures, work with production staff to implement improvements, perform audits, and work closely with the CFIA |
| Requirements |
1) Degree in Food/Micro/Agri/Chemistry, HACCP, GMP with 3+ years experience 2) Good experience with quality SOP and GMP 3) 5 to 20 years of working experience in the similar field 4) Familiar with cooked meats & specialist in HACCP |
