Position Location Transportation & Logistics Buyer Ontario Salary Reports to Commensurate with experience Management Responsibilities 1) Handle carrier claims processes, carrier detention processes, carrier contracts, courier/LTL contracts and implementations 2) Develop methods and procedures for transportation of raw materials to processing and production areas, and commodities from suppliers to customers, warehouses or other storage facilities 3) Communicate with purchasing, customer service, and production scheduling 4) Oversee fleet services (sales & perk), fleet maintenance outsourcing, fuel/cardlock programs & fuel hedging & pricing variance analysis Requirements 1) Experience of 3 years in the similar field 2) Transportation and procurement experience a must 3) Knowledge of customs and NAFTA Contact Please send your resume to: food@fepsearchgroup.com
