| Responsibilities |
1) Train QA technicians, interact with customers, implement overall plant QA program
2) Ensure that outgoing product conforms to quality parameters, regulatory requirements and food safety requirements
3) Ensure systems are in place and audited for compliance to satisfy customers, corporate and regulatory quality/food safety requirements
4) Operate within the boundaries of the defined budget
5) Improve quality systems, enhance quality/food safety programs and improve MICS & HACCP score compliance
6) Develop and implement effective quality/food safety policies and procedures |
| Requirements |
1) Leadership skills
2) Experience in HACCP implementation
3) Dairy experience preferred |
