| Responsibilities |
1) Lead the Finishing Dept to improve safety
2) Contribute strategically and commercially to the plant
3) Identify improvement opportunities and lead change
4) Empower, develop, coach, and support team members
5) Establish production objectives and develop standard operational procedures (SOP)
6) Plan, organize and oversee all production employees
7) Assist in the development and implementation of an inventory scanning and product formulae and costing system
8) Develop, implement and oversee an ongoing program for plant and equipment maintenance |
| Requirements |
1) Minimum 5 to 30 years experience
2) Experience in beverage and packaging
3) Plant management experience |
