Position Location Engineering Maintenance Manager California Salary Reports to Commensurate with experience Production Manager Responsibilities 1) Manage the plant’s annual and future capital budget 2) Direct department activities to modify, test existing designs and improve production techniques 3) Maintain GMPs at the highest level in all areas of responsibility 4) Improve the depth and quality of the engineering department, encourage development, provide long-term vision, and coordinate strategic plans 5) Establish standards and policies for installation, commissioning, and starting up, according to engineering principles and safety regulations 6) Ensure newly installed machines and equipment fulfill contract specifications 7) Ensure preparedness and feasibility, including cost estimates, schedule and implementation 8) Plan and manage departmental budget 9) Direct the preventive maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment and electrical systems Requirements 1) Technical background in equipment process 2) Strong all-round technical skills, including project management, maintenance & capital projects etc. 3) Minimum 7 to 25 years experience 4) Strong management/leadership qualities Contact Please send your resume to: food@fepsearchgroup.com
