Position Location Financial Manager Ohio Salary Reports to Commensurate with experience Management Responsibilities 1) Responsible for the monthly reporting of brewery financial and statistical performance, including written commentary of significant operational activities and any departures from plan 2) Manage a group of people focusing on operational, cost and capital analysis 3) Demonstrate process improvements on cost working with operations staffs 4) Model and monitor all major cost drivers like yields, efficiency’s, etc., and identify savings opportunities 5) Control, monitor, and report on a $25 million capital improvement project 6) Assure adherence to established internal policies and procedures 7) Maintain capital equipment accounting and supporting registers 8) Develop or update annual key cost parameters such as line speeds, labor requirements, and overhead absorption rates 9) Update annual projections as needed 10) Prepare quarterly budget updates with written presentation commentaries 11) Develop key performance indicators and evaluation models for value added projects 12) Continually evaluate operational performance indicators to improve the profitability of the Plant 13) Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, SOX compliance Requirements 1) Experience of 6 to 8 years in the similar field 2) About 2-3 years of relevant management experience 3) Prior food or beverage industry experience 4) Specific financial experience to include solid knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and analysis, SAP manufacturing systems, operational analysis modeling, etc 5) Ability to work with all levels of plant personnel, corporate finance, and operations department Contact Please send your resume to: food@fepsearchgroup.com
