| Responsibilities |
1) Analyze the daily schedule of inbound and outbound loads and plan staffing needs
2) Ensure clear and specific direction is given to accomplish the daily plan
3) Monitor daily receipts to ensure shipping accuracy
4) Ensure the staff has been adequately trained to work in a productive and safe manner
5) Ensure quality control through both temperature monitoring and managing work processes |
| Requirements |
1) Prior experience in a temperature controlled environment
2) Experience in large distribution set-up (shift work)
3) Minimum of 5 to 20 years experience preferred
4) Degree (4-year) preferred |
