| Responsibilities |
1) Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operate expenditures and labor; provide leadership, direction and training to employees
2) Ensure safe, efficient and quality operation
3) Coordinate manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machinery and equipment
4) Identify improvement opportunities and lead change
5) Provide input to the development of product strategy |
| Requirements |
1) Packaging and maintenance experience
2) Experience in beverages / bottled water
3) Minimum 7 to 25 years’ experience preferred
4) Diploma related to food and beverages |
