| Responsibilities |
1) Managing overall operations of the factory
2) Arranging the production schedule and coordinating with the materials department to ensure materials are delivered timely
3) Formulating the manufacturing model according to demand and supply
4) Assisting production engineers in resolving operational issues
5) Preparing reports on items produced, material used, etc |
| Requirements |
1) Degree with unionized experience
2) Expert in production, quality maintenance and demand planning
3) Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and technical skills
4) Minimum 8 to 25 years of experience |
