1) Direct department activities to modify/test existing designs and improve production techniques
2) Maintain GMPs at the highest level
3) Improve the depth and quality of the engineering department, encourage development, and coordinate strategic plans
4) Establish standards and policies for installation/commissioning
5) Ensure compliance with FDA quality requirements/ SOPs |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4-year)
2) Bakery & corporate project management background
3) Experience in building new facility/bakery from scratch
4) Experience in capital expenditure projects and line layouts
5) Minimum of 10 to 25 years experience in the similar field
6) Ability to travel frequently |
