| Responsibilities |
1) Train personnel on compliance industry sanitation standards in production 2) Ensure timely dismantling, sanitizing, and setting up of equipment 3) Maintain cleanliness and ensure safe usage of chemicals 4) Organize and manage plant sanitation and assure cleanliness of plant and equipment 5) Manage departmental budgets 6) Schedule staffing for sanitation department 7) Monitor water usage, chemical usage & cleaning supplies 8) Monitor and maintain micro counts, food safety, budgeting, personal safety and plant quality 9) Assist all other departments in sanitation practices through coaching and facilitation |
| Requirements |
1) Diploma preferred 2) WIMIS qualification and experience 3) Knowledge of sanitation in food industry – preferably meat 4) Minimum 5 to 20 years’ experience |
