| Responsibilities |
1) Supervise daily activities of plant associates
2) Oversee plant maintenance, quality control and warehousing
3) Fix production problems
4) Follow production and company objectives to direct associates
5) Manage oven and rooms |
| Requirements |
1) Experience with logistics, skidding, shipping, trucks and deliveries
2) 3-5 years’ experience as supervisor
3) Experience in meats or food processing preferred
4) Minimum 5-20 years’ experience |
