| Responsibilities |
1) Supervise warehousing, shipping and receiving
2) Train, enhance and implement operating controls
3) Oversee labor planning and schedule timely movement of products
4) Plan production and product distribution
5) Oversee team development, quality performance, cost, service and safety
6) Motivate the team to achieve established performance targets
7) Organize and facilitate team meetings utilizing CI performance process
8) Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects
9) Conduct presentations and formal training |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4-year) a must
2) Experience with GMPs and HACCP in processing, drying and packaging
3) Warehouse experience in food or beverage facility
4) Minimum 3-15 years’ experience preferred |
