| Responsibilities |
1) Support R&D efforts to develop new fish delivery forms 2) Conduct shelf-life studies and sensory analysis of prototypes and commercial products containing ONC ingredients 3) Provide sales support (food products trials and development, reports) 4) Oversee food product development and research (lab-scale prototypes, plant trials) 5) Provide feedback and input to R&D and production groups on ingredient performance in food systems |
| Requirements |
1) Experience of conducting shelf life studies 2) Research and development experience 3) B.Sc. in Food Science 4) Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred |
