1) Converse with R&D departments of major food companies 2) Work both in team environment and in supervision of others 3) Develop novel delivery systems for incorporation of nutrients into foods |
| Requirements |
1) Strong understanding of food chemistry 2) Aptitude for innovation 3) Excellent written and verbal communications skills 4) Experience in designing and implementing sensory analysis of ingredients and food products, and developing functional food prototypes incorporating novel ingredient 5) Understanding of edible oils and lipid chemistry 6) Experience with providing scientific support to customers and sales teams 7) PhD is a must |
