| Responsibilities |
1) Plan, organize, direct and control work performed by Quality Assurance Supervisor and Sanitation Forepersons 2) Develop and monitor work policies and procedures for opportunities to improve in both QA and Sanitation 3) Ensure adequate resources and a productive environment for workers 4) Recruit, hire, discipline and terminate employees 5) Assign work and set schedules and standards of production 6) Conduct performance evaluations 7) Support the values and policies of the organization 8) Assure all company policies and procedures as well as AIB and government regulations regarding safety, sanitation and cleanliness are complied with 9) Establish and implement Plant Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) 10) Coordinate sanitation schedule with Production and Maintenance departments and inspect plant & equipment for satisfactory completion of assignments 11) Organize and administer Pest Control Program for plant, thrift stores and depots 12) Keep appropriate personnel aware of existing and/or developing problem areas and ensure that corrective action is taken 13) Implement and maintain HACCP program |
| Requirements |
1) High school diploma plus 3-4 years’ experience. Combination of education, training and experience resulting in demonstrated competency to perform work may be substituted 2) Excellent organizational and communication (written and oral) skills 3) Ability to develop and complete series of goals and tactics 4) HACCP, Pest Control, AIB, etc. experience required 5) Lab experience including testing/analyzing experience 6) Sanitation and Quality background preferred 7) Minimum 5-25 years’ experience required |
