Position Location Production Manager California Salary Reports to Commensurate with experience Plant Manager Responsibilities 1) Manage day-to-day operations of Production, Wiener Packaging, Formulation, Shipping, and Receiving departments 2) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss 3) Ensure all product orders are completed on time 4) Liaise with external customers 5) Interact with Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, Maintenance, Finance, Shipping & Logistics, HR, Field, Sales, and Six Sigma department as well as union executives and employees 6) Lead operational excellence within plant Requirements 1) Proven success record of production efficiency 2) Must currently be a production manager 3) Bottling background required 4) Minimum 5-20 years’ experience required Contact Please send your resume to: food@fepsearchgroup.com
