| Responsibilities |
1) Place POs for purchase of cheeses
2) Transfer stock from outside warehousing
3) Transfer stock to outside packaging companies for further processing
4) Enter daily production details as well as bulk products utilized in production in appropriate stocking unit
5) Match and enter daily receiving to existing PO or stock transfer
6) Match invoices received for cheese to the existing PO and receiving documents
7) Adjust all inventory identified as incorrect
8) Setup and maintain all inventory codes as required
9) Update and maintain ECC NET
10) Develop and maintain effective and efficient inventory reporting
11) Take part in periodic inventory counts
12) Get involved in costing of product
13) Assist with implementation of new computer system where required |
| Requirements |
1) Strong analytical and computer skills including Access
2) Excellent communication and management skills
3) Minimum 3 years’ inventory experience
4) Food industry background preferred |
