The firm now has manufacturing, processing, packaging, storage, distribution, importing and laboratory testing facilities. Position Location QC/QA Technician Ontario Salary Reports to Commensurate with experience QA Supervisor Responsibilities 1) Prepare SOPs, SSOPs and product specification sheets 2) Perform chemical and microbiological tests for work in progress, finished production and complete documentation 3) Check and verify traceability records for the in-house production, bulk purchased products and products packed on different packaging lines 4) Participate in plant sanitation programs, environmental testing, etc. 5) Verify correctness of overprinted label for products packed on different packaging lines 6) Provide training and technical support to packaging and production line employees 7) Purchase and maintain inventory of sanitation chemicals and laboratory consumables requirement with complete relevant documentation 8) Conduct consumer/customer complaints investigation and resolution Requirements 1) Diploma or degree in Food Science or related field 2) Knowledge of SOPs and SSOPs 3) Experience in microbiological testing 4) Food industry background 5) 1-5 years’ experience 6) Detail oriented with excellent computer skills Contact Please send your resume to: food@fepsearchgroup.com
